Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional person to join our administrative team as a Multi-Specialty Front Office Coordinator.
This role plays an important part in creating a positive experience for every patient and family who interacts with our practice. The Front Office Coordinator serves as a central point of communication—welcoming patients, assisting with scheduling, answering questions, and helping guide patients through both the clinical and financial aspects of their care.
Creating a warm and welcoming patient experience is our top priority while supporting both the clinical and administrative team. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, discretion regarding patient financial information, and a commitment to excellent patient care are essential.
Experience in dental or orthodontics is beneficial. Experience with scheduling, insurance coordination, and financial systems is also helpful.
Purpose of the Role
As a Multi-Specialty Front Office Coordinator, your purpose is to assist our patients by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and helping maintain the day-to-day administrative and financial flow of the practice.
You will help create a fun and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their experience with our office. You will play a key role in supporting patient communication, appointment scheduling, patient accounts, and insurance coordination while working closely with both patients and the clinical team.
Great communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for this position. You will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and an important part of helping each visit feel organized, smooth, and personal.
