Position Summary
Are you warm, organized, and great with people? Our practice is looking for a full-time Orthodontic Financial Coordinator who can provide exceptional care to our patients and their parents – making every visit a positive experience. You work directly with our financial partner and patients/parents.

Purpose of the Role
As our Financial Coordinator, you will also work with our scheduling coordinator to greet patients and families with a smile and assist them throughout their treatment. You will work closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to manage the schedule and communicate with both our team and the patients. You will be the primary point of contact for patients regarding their financial obligations and will serve as our liaison between our patients, insurance companies, and our financial partner.
